About Me

Is your family dealing with a situation that feels overwhelming or hard to navigate? Maybe there’s ongoing conflict at home, a child whose behavior has changed, or a stressful or traumatic event that has left everyone unsure what to do next. Even positive changes, like the birth of a baby, starting a new job, or blending families, can bring unexpected stress.

I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families who are trying to make sense of these moments and find a way forward. Many families come to me feeling confused, emotionally drained, or unsure how to support one another through change. My goal is to help families slow things down, identify strengths, and develop practical coping skills that make day-to-day life feel more manageable.

I take a collaborative, solution-focused approach and believe that families already have many of the tools they need. Together, we build on those strengths, foster resilience, and work toward healthier communication and problem-solving. I also value helping parents and caregivers feel more confident as they support their children through emotional, behavioral, or school-related challenges.

Because of my background in school psychology, I often help families understand how challenges at home, school, and in the community are connected. I enjoy working alongside parents, educators, and other professionals to ensure children and families feel supported across settings.
