About Me
Do you feel like you’re constantly trying to understand your child, but nothing you’ve been taught about parenting seems to work? Are you parenting a child with ADHD or Autism and feeling unsure how to support them in a way that actually helps?
I work primarily with children and their parents, especially families who are navigating neurodivergence and feeling lost, overwhelmed, or misunderstood. Many parents come to me when they realize that traditional parenting strategies do not fit their child, and they are searching for guidance that makes sense for how their child’s brain works.
I specialize in working with neurodivergent children, with a particular focus on ADHD, Autism, and related behavioral challenges. A central part of my work is helping parents understand their child’s strengths, differences, and needs so they can respond with more confidence and less frustration. When parents feel clearer and more supported, the parent–child relationship often becomes calmer and more connected.
In addition to my work with children and families, I also work with teens and adults who are navigating ADHD, Autism, and neurodivergent identity. Some individuals come to therapy to better understand themselves, while others are looking for support around emotional regulation, relationships, school, or work. I value helping clients across the lifespan develop self-understanding and practical skills that support daily life.
I identify as neurodivergent myself, and my lifelong experience with ADHD informs my compassionate, affirming approach. I believe neurodivergent brains are good brains. My clinical style is collaborative, eclectic, and grounded in evidence-based practice, drawing from approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and parent training. I work closely with clients and families to find strategies that fit their goals, values, and real-world needs.
